Turn every test into a clear academic action plan.

Parikshaarthi uses the tests you already run. It shows your teachers which topics to teach again, which students need help, which students can do more, and what to do before the next test.

Works with your existing ERP, OMR, LMS, Excel or test software. You do not have to replace anything.

What Parikshaarthi returns
An academic action plan

Topics to teach again

The topics to cover once more before the batch moves ahead. Here: 2 — Carnot engine and adiabatic processes.

Students who need help

Who is falling behind, and what kind of help they need. Here: 7 — grouped so one extra class covers all of them.

High-potential students

Strong students that a rank list alone does not show you. Here: 6 are ready for harder practice, and two are not even in the top ten.

Weak questions in the paper

Which questions were too hard, too easy, or unclear. Here: 3 that almost the whole batch got wrong — check them before you use them again.

Advice for each student

What each student should study next, in simple words they and their parents can understand. For J-118: practise Carnot-cycle numericals first, because that is where the marks are going.

What to do before the next test

What to teach, which students to call for extra help, and what the next test should check. Here: 5 actions, ready to hand to the faculty.

Most AI in this market stops when the paper is printed. Ours starts there.

Paper generators help you for one hour before the test. Almost nothing helps you for the rest of the year. That is where the real teaching decisions are.

What our AI actually does

Most AI in this market writes questions. Ours reads answers — every test, all year.

Making a question paper takes one afternoon, and almost every AI tool for Indian coaching stops there. The harder question is what a full year of answer sheets can tell you. Which topic is still failing in March that also failed in July? Which student is slowly falling behind? Did the extra class you ran in September actually help?

Reads answers, not just scores

The AI reads every answer and works out which topic the student did not understand. A wrong answer tells you the reason, not only a lost mark.

Remembers every earlier test

The analysis knows how this student and this batch did in all the earlier tests. A weak topic stays on the list until the student improves.

Useful for teachers and students

Your teachers get the topics to teach again and the students who need help. Each student gets a simple plan they and their parents can understand.

Did the intervention actually work?

One test tells you what went wrong. Several tests tell you whether your action made any difference.

Batch average — JEE Physics

Five tests across one term · illustrative example

The batch did not improve for three tests. Marks went up only after the extra class, not before it. This is the proof an academic head needs to decide whether to run that class again.

Weak topic, four tests later
Carnot engine: 31% → 66%

The same topic, measured the same way in every test.

Students who needed help
7 students marked → only 2 still marked

Five students improved. The two who did not are marked again.

The question this answers
Is this batch doing better than last term?

Your management can see the change, instead of guessing.

You don't start with an empty system.

The questions are ready on day one. The AI can build papers from files your teachers already have. And you run the test your way — on paper, or online in an NTA-style screen.

1

A growing question bank, plus your own

Use our PCMB question bank for Physics, Chemistry, Maths and Biology. It grows every month, so you can test your batch in the first week. You also get your own private question bank that no other institute can see. Build a paper from either one, or from both.

2

AI builds the paper — including from your PDFs

Choose the questions yourself. Or tell the AI the topics, the pattern and the marks, and it will build the paper for you. Already have a paper as a PDF or Word file? Upload it and the AI reads it in, sorts it by topic, and gets it ready to print or run online.

3

Run it on paper, or as an NTA-style online test

Print the paper and run the test in your own hall, exactly as you do today. Nothing changes for the student. Or send the same paper to the student portal, where it opens in a screen built to look like the real NTA exam — section switching, mark for review, and a real timer.

4

The AI reads the answers back — same day

Photograph the answer sheets, or upload scans you already have. The AI reads them and marks MCQ and numerical answers using your own scheme, negative marking included. 200 sheets take one afternoon. Online tests are scored as soon as the test closes.

Every route gives you the same AI analysis and the same action plan. Already collect results another way? Bring them in from your OMR software, a spreadsheet or your online platform, and the analysis stays the same.

Built for institutes that already test seriously.

From a small single-subject coaching centre to a large academy with many branches and weekly papers in four subjects.

JEE & NEET coaching institutes

Run weekly part tests and full-length mocks on paper. Get them graded the same day, and know the weak topics before the next class.

CBSE & ICSE schools

Run unit and chapter tests for every section and subject. Each report is ready to give to a parent, with no rewriting needed.

Test-series providers

Run and sell your own test series under your own name. You give the schedule and the papers. We handle the grading and the reports.

Multi-branch academies

Compare the same test across all your branches and batches. See which centre is improving and which one is not.

Your institute. Your students. Your name at the top.

Everything your students and parents see carries your institute's name and logo. Parikshaarthi is the technology working behind it, and our name appears only in one line of small text. We would rather tell you exactly where that line is than hide it.

Your name and logo at the top. Students and parents see your institute first, not a software company.
Our name is text, never a logo. One small "Powered by Parikshaarthi" line. We never put our logo inside your portal.
Two places only. The login screen and the dashboard, on both the institute and the student portal. Nowhere else.

Want full white-labelling?

Our name can be removed from every screen your institute and your students see. This is available, and we are happy to discuss it. It means building and running a separate branded version for you, so there is a one-time setup fee on top of your plan. Tell us on the call and we will include it in your price.

Your questions and your students stay yours.

Here is exactly what that means, before you send us anything.

Kept separate from other institutes

Your students, tests, questions and results belong to you. No other institute can see them.

No student names in reports

We use the admission IDs your institute already gives students. Their names stay inside your portal.

Everyone sees only their own part

Admins, teachers and students can each open only what their role needs. Nothing more.

Deleted on request

Ask us at any time and we will delete your institute's data permanently. Send us your data-protection checklist first and we will answer it in writing.

Not an ERP

Admissions, fees, attendance and timetables stay in the systems you already use. There is nothing to move and nothing to switch off.

Billed per student, per month — at the tier that fits them.

A student who needs a few AI reports a month does not cost the same as one on full year-long AI analysis.

How you are billed

Monthly or annual billing.

Starts at ₹149 per student
per month
That is the entry rate, plus GST, and it includes a quota of 6 AI reports per student each month. It goes up as a student needs more AI than that.

The price is agreed before you start and stays the same for the term you sign for.

30 batch-level AI calls per month. Teachers can use them to identify topics to teach again, students who need help, weak questions and year-long progress across your tests.
Scanning, AI grading and the question bank are included. Same-day results are part of the product, not an extra you pay for.
You pay for students only. Logins for your teachers and coordinators are free.
What sets the tier

How much AI that student needs — and how big your batch is.

Three things set the tier. You can see all of them before you commit, and different students in the same institute can be on different tiers.

How much AI each student needs. From the entry quota of 6 reports a month, up to full year-long personal analysis and advice.
How many subjects the student takes. A one-subject batch is on the lowest tier. A full three-subject PCM or PCB student is on a higher one.
Your institute's enrolment and subscription plan. Your rate reflects the total number of students enrolled, whether you choose monthly billing or an annual subscription paid upfront, and the batch size you plan to run on Parikshaarthi.

Four weeks free. One batch. Everything switched on.

We set up one batch for you, and you run real tests on it for a month at no cost. If you are happy, we give you a price based on your total student enrolment, subject coverage and chosen subscription plan.

Every feature is open — nothing is locked or cut down.
No ERP replacement, no integration to begin.
No card and no commitment — simply stop at the end of the four weeks if you want to.
We reply within one working day.
Send us your data-protection checklist and we will answer it in writing before we start.

We use these details only to contact you about setting this up. No mailing list, and we never share them.

Thanks — we have your details.

We will contact you within one working day to arrange a fifteen-minute call and your four free weeks on one batch.

The next test can be graded before the students go home.

You keep your ERP. You keep your papers. Your institute's name stays on every report. The only change is that your next test gives you a decision instead of just a number.

What institutes ask before they start.

Do we get questions, or do we have to create everything ourselves?
You get questions on the first day. Our PCMB question bank covers Physics, Chemistry, Maths and Biology, and it grows every month, so you can test a batch in your first week. Your institute also gets its own private question bank that nobody else can see. The AI can also read your old papers from PDF or Word files. So you are never given an empty system and told to fill it yourself.
What kinds of answers can the AI grade from a scanned sheet?
Currently MCQ and numerical answers only. Support for full subjective answer sheets is coming soon. Today this covers single-correct, multi-correct, and integer or decimal answers of the JEE Main and Advanced type, marked using your own scheme with negative marking and partial credit. If your paper has both types, the AI marks the objective part and you enter the written marks yourself. The analysis then runs on the full paper.
What do we need to scan with?
A phone camera, or the scanner your office already has. There is no special OMR paper to buy and no special machine. If you already use OMR software, you can skip scanning and just upload its file instead.
Is the online test anything like the real exam?
Yes, that is the whole idea. Tests sent to the student portal open in a screen built to look like the real NTA exam — section switching, mark for review, the question palette and a real timer. So a mock test feels like the real exam, not just the same syllabus. You set the time window, and students see results only when you publish them.
How is your AI different from tools that generate question papers?
Making a paper is the easy part, and we do that too. The real difference is what happens after the test. Our AI reads every answer sheet and keeps following the same students through the whole school year. It checks whether a weak topic ever improved, whether your extra class helped, and which students are slowly falling behind. Your teachers get a list of topics to teach again. Each student gets their own study plan.
Do we have to replace our ERP or testing platform?
No. Admissions, fees, attendance and timetables stay exactly where they are. Parikshaarthi works next to them and only reads test data — from scanned sheets, an OMR file, a spreadsheet, your LMS or your current online platform.
Whose questions are they, and who else can see them?
They are yours. Your question bank, your papers, your student records and your results stay in your institute's own space. No other institute can see them, and neither can students outside your batches or anyone on a public site.
Will our students see your branding?
Your institute's name and logo are at the top of the portal and every report. Our name appears as one line of small text — "Powered by Parikshaarthi" — on the login screen and the dashboard of the institute portal and the student portal. It appears nowhere else. It is text, never a logo. If you want it removed completely, full white-labelling is available for a one-time setup fee.
What does it cost to try?
Nothing. We set up one batch free for four weeks with every feature open — the question bank, AI paper building, same-day scanning, online tests and the full analysis. Nothing is locked or cut down. There is no card and no commitment. If it does not work for your team, you simply stop at the end.
